Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400.

2. Whisk the balsamic, oil, mustard, rosemary, salt, and pepper

3. Arrange the sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, onion, apple, and garlic on a large baking sheet and toss with balsamic mixture

4. Settle the pork tenderloin in the center of the baking sheet, and coat with the remaining half of balsamic mixture

5. Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 145

6. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
