Instructions

Step 1
1. Combine ½ cup bell pepper, ¼ cup onion, egg white and 1 teaspoon chili powder in large bowl.

Add ground chicken; stir to combine.

Shape mixture into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.

2. Combine avocado, cucumber, lime juice, remaining ½ cup bell pepper, ¼ cup onion and ½ teaspoon chili powder in medium bowl.
