Step 1
Pour cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion and feta crumbles into a 9x9 baking dish. If using, add kielbasa.
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil and wine around dish. Add Italian seasoning, parsley and garlic powder. Toss a little to mix.
Step 3
Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes until zucchini is tender but not mushy.
Step 4
While that bakes, prepare pasta according to packaging. Don’t forget to salt the water!

5. Carefully remove dish from oven. Smash tomatoes with the back of a slotted spoon or a potato masher, then and mix all ingredients until smooth. Beware tomato shrapnel!
Step 6
7. Add finished sauce to pasta along with chopped basil. Stir and top with Parmesan!
