Instructions

Step 1
Wash and clean the purple cabbage, removing the stem and the central part of the leaf. Slice the cabbage as thin as possible.

Put the cabbage into a food processor with a bit of lemon juice, olive oil, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, creamy cheese, and the almonds. Mix for a minute.

Step 3
Prepare the pasta. Cook it in salty boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish, it might be better to choose a short type of pasta. While the pasta is getting ready, prepare the sauce.

Step 4
Put the sausage into a pan and roat it. When it starts getting a little crunchy, add the cabbage pesto and decrease the heat. Add a spoon of water that you take from the pasta. Stir and make sure that the saice is creamy, adding dome more water if necessary.

When the pasta is ready, strain it and put it in the pan with the sauce. Increase the heat and stir the pasta for a couple of minutes.
