Instructions

Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 350° 2) Line loaf pan in parchment paper 3) Mix wet ingredients 4) Mix dry ingredients 5) Mix wet and dry ingredients together 6) Spread batter in lines loaf pan 7) Bake for 1 hr, testing with a bamboo skewer to ensure it is no longer wet inside 8) Cool in pan for 10 minutes 9) Remove from pan and cool on a rack
