These crepes are so delicious and can be made chocolate flavoured as well! You can make these vegan crepes non vegan by changing :
Soya milk - normal milk
Aquafaba (chickpea liquid) - egg
3 TABLESPOONS OF AQUAFABA = 1 EGG

Instructions
Step 1
With an electric mixer or a stand mixer, add the flour, milk, aquafaba (and cocoa powder)
Step 2
Beat on the highest speed until smooth REMEMBER TO SCRAPER DOWN THE BOWL.

Tip: I use a spoon and coat the back of it with the batter to see if there are any lumps.
Cooking
Step 4
With large ladle, put the batter into the pan. TIP :I USE AN OLD CREDIT CARD TO SPREAD THE BATTER AROUND-IT MAKES IT VERY SMOOTH AND EVEN
Step 5
Once you are able to touch the top of the crepe without any batter coming off on your finger, flip it over with a spatula
Step 6
