Instructions
For the Pie Crust
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Note: this temp is for pie crust only. 2. Mix Graham Cracker crumbs, 1/3 c. Sugar and butter in a small bowl. 3. Pour mixture into 9 inch pie pan pressing firmly on bottom and up sides of pan. 4. Bake for 10 min. Allow to cool completely.

For the Pie
Step 2
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Blend condensed milk and egg yolks at low speed until smooth. 3. Add key lime juice slowly and blend thoroughly. 4. Pour into pie cooled pie crust. 5. Bake for 15 min. 6. Let pie cool for 20 min, then refrigerate. Best served chilled after 4-6 hrs. Top with whipped cream and lime zest.

For the Whipped Cream
Step 3
1. Place a metal whisk and metal bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes. 2. Once chilled completely, mix 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream in a bowl. 3. Whisk mixture until it turns to stiff peaks, about 2 1/2 minutes. 4. Serve whipped cream with chilled key lime pie.
