Instructions
Step 1
Place 3-4 chipotle chilies in blender with one can of tomato sauce and water
Step 2
Season with cumin, menudo mix and salt
Step 3
Slice thin strips of onion and fry in pan on medium heat
Step 4
Add half of the sliced onion (cooked) in blender
Step 5
Cook sauce and onion together for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add shredded chicken and mix
Step 7
Assemble tostadas and top with lettuce tomatoes and Crema / sour cream
