Instructions

Step 1
Dice white onions and bell peppers. Over medium-high heat, saute onions until golden brown (around 5 minutes), and add in the bell peppers after 2 or 3 minutes. Dice the chicken (we shredded after cooking but feel free to do before) and add it into the pan. Lower to medium heat and cook for around 7 more minutes. Season with taco seasoning.
Step 2
Dice red onion, and tomatoes. Chop up some spinach and limes and the avocado. These are used as the toppings for the taco.
Step 3
Assemble!
