Step 1
Pre-heat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit

In a 9inch pan, melt the butter and sprinkle the brown sugar then place the pineapple slices. Leave aside

Step 3
Sift the flour and baking powder and add the salt.
Step 4
In a stand mixer, mix the butter and sugar for 5mn until soft and creamy.

Step 5
Separate the eggs, and add the vanilla to the egg yolks. Then add the egg yolk mix to the butter mixture. Mix for 1mn.

Step 6
Alternate flour mix and juice to the mix until well combined.

Step 7
Beat the egg whites for 5mn until thickened.

Step 8
Fold the egg whites mix gently to the cake mix and pour over the pineapple in pan.

Step 9
Bake for 40mn and when cooled, flip the cake!
