Instructions

Step 1
On a pan, saute your spam until crispy. (set aside when done.)
Step 2
On a same pan, saute your garlic ,once the aroma of the garlic has taken over your house, dump in your carrots ,
Step 3
Make a room for your eggs to scramble ( same pan)
Step 4
Dump your day-old rice and spam, mix until well combined, put soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Step 5
For garnish, top it off with chives
