Smoked Haddock Pie
My go-to for Good Friday. You can use a mix of fish (smoked, unsmoked, prawns etc) as long as the total weight is the same. If you use prawns add them with the sauce so you don't overcook them. The original recipe uses a ratio of 1:2 Parsnips to Potatoes (total 1.5 kg) but we prefer just Potatoes.
