Step 1
Sauté 1 filet of salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Medium to high heat for 20 minutes. Place arugula in bowl, top with wild rice cooled.
Step 2
Place salmon filet on top, top with cucumbers, strawberries, goat cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Add olive oil for moisture, juice of one lemon, and salt and pepper.
