Instructions
Step 1
1. Prep and wash all salad ingredients and add to a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
2. Remove skin from salmon fillets and cube into small pieces. Add to a bowl with all of the salmon seasonings and toss together until salmon is coated. Spray air fryer with cooking spray and cook at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Check half way and adjust cooking if necessary.
Step 3
3. In a blender combine all salad dressing ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. If dressing is too thick add 1 tsp of water at a time to thin it out.
Step 4
4. Remove cooked salmon from air fryer and add to the salad. Top with sesame seeds and add dressing over top. Mix together and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
