Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing a muffin tin with coconut oil.
Step 2
Add the eggs, applesauce, melted coconut oil, raw honey and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until no clumps remain.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying them.
