Instructions

Step 1
Add oil, sauté onions then add ginger garlic paste and cooked until translucent. Add

Add tomatoes paste and mix until combine. Then add tomatoes and green chillies. Cover it and let it cook until tomatoes break down more
Step 3
Then, add all the spices and mix it well. Add water and let it cook for few minutes until no more visible tomato pieces and look saucy.
Step 4
Add eggs, cover and let it cook until eggs are done. Now garnish with fresh cilantro, chili flakes and cheese.
