Instructions

Step 1
Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and honey in a bowl, being careful to avoid the salt and yeast touching until you are ready to add the liquids

Step 2
Drizzle the olive oil over the mix, and stir with an electric mixer using the dough hook attachment. Gradually add the water until you have a soft dough.

Step 3
Tip the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a full ten minutes.
Step 4
Wipe a large bowl with a little oil, then place the dough in it. Cover with cling film and leave to rise until it has doubled in size (takes a few hours).
Step 5
Once the dough has risen, tip it out onto a floured surface and divide into six small balls. Cover these balls with cling film and leave for an hour until they have risen.
Step 6
Push out each ball into a round pizza base. Top with passata, grated mozzarella, torn mozzarella, pepperoni, spices, and herbs. Cook for about 8 minutes at your oven’s highest temperature, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
