Sugarfree poppyseed rolls

These delicious poppyseed loafs are to be cut into rolls and are a perfect snack for when traveling. They are healthy, sugarfree and absolutely IRRESISTIBLE!

Instructions

Step 1
Sift the flour and mix with a pinch of salt. Then create a little hole in middle and add the crumbled yeast with 1 tbsp sugar and pour the milk on top. Cover and let sit for 15minutes at least.
Step 2
Then add your oil and around 50ml of water, adding slowly and in case of need. Knead it throughout until a thick non sticky dough is created and then put it into a bowl, cover again and let it rise.
Step 3
Meanwhile soak your dates in boiling water, ground your poppyseeds and add it with the purée and milk to a mixer. You should get a thick consistency.
Step 4
After 1.5hours of letting your dough rest, roll out your dough into a wide rectangle, spread the filling and roll up. You will then cut it into to halves and put on a baking paper and cover it for a bit longer.
Step 5
Before putting it into the oven brush some plant milk and bake for 20-25minutes at 190°C! After taking it out, brush some more milk.
