A simple vegan recipe perfect for Autumn, using just 5 ingredients and high in protein. These work well as a pre/post workout snack or for your Halloween party! This recipe makes about 8 balls (approx 25g each).

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients to make a dough (you can leave in the fridge for 10-20 mins if the dough is too sticky).
Step 2
Roll dough into approx 8 balls of a similar size.
Step 3
Carefully place balls spaced out in air fryer and cook on 160 Degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes (alternatively bake in the oven on 180 Degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes).
Step 4
Leave to cool for 10 minutes after cooking.
Step 5
Option to dust in cinnamon sugar before serving.
Step 6
Serving suggestion - create a dip using plain greek yogurt mixed with a tablespoon of protein powder.
