Step 1
In a medium pan heat avocado oil and allow the pan to get hot while preparing the chicken.
Step 2
Season chicken and bathe in avocado oil. Once pan is hot turn it down to medium low heat then place chicken in the pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Once done, add 1 and 1/3 cup of water without washing the pan, the chicken juices add more flavor. Next add cream of chicken, 1 cup of rice, and as much broccoli as you prefer. Allow the mixture to boil and add seasonings. Once the rice is cooked throughly add the chicken on top along with shredded cheese (optional)
