Step 1
Combine all filling ingreidents.
Step 2
Cut out twelve 4-inch squares of phyllo dough (from 3 sheets). Press 1 phyllo square into each of 12 buttered muffin cups.
Step 3
Divide the filling among the cups and fold the overhanging phyllo into the center. Bake at 425 F (20 mins?)
