Linguica Stuffing Balls with Cranberry Dipping Sauce
These sausage bites are perfect as a holiday appetizer or even a game day snack. Serve them with some cranberry dipping sauce for dipping! The texture from the dried cranberries and bread crumbs will make you come back for more.

Ingredients

Stuffing balls
0.5 poundSausage ground linguiça
or 1 sausage link diced
1 cupchicken broth
½ cupshredded cheddar cheese
0.5onion
large, finely chopped
⅓ cupdried cranberries
finely chopped
1 boxStuffing Mix for turkey

2 tablespoonsolive oil
2eggs
large, beaten
½ cupwater
Cranberry dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add olive oil and ½ cup of the water to large skillet over medium heat, add linguiça and onions. Stir occasionally just enough to keep things moving and from sticking. Cook until onions are clear. The water will evaporate over time and the steam it creates will help cook the onions.

2. Preheat oven to 375° F.

3. Add cooked linguiça and onions to a large bowl and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then combine cheese, cranberries, box of stuffing, and mix together.

4. Add in eggs and chicken broth and mix until completely combined.
Step 5
5. Roll into golf size balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
Step 6
6. Bake for 15 minutes
For the sauce
Step 7
1. Combine cranberry sauce and orange juice in small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out and completely combined.
