4 x 6 ozorange roughy fish filets
1 Tbsbutter
melted
2 Tbslime juice
1 tspdried parsley
½ tspgrated lime zest
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppaprika
⅛ tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat your grill or grilling pan. In small bowl melt the butter and mix with spices. Dip filets into the butter or speak over top the filets Grill 4 min each side once the grill is hot.
