Step 1
On a pan, drizzle oil and cook your pork belly slices until evenly cooked. Season with a bit of salt & pepper and set aside.
Step 2
Boil water in a pot for your noodles. Cook and set aside.
Step 3
Chop 1/4 stalk of a green onion and thinly slice 1/2 of aa baby cucumber into strips.
Step 4
Make your sauce. In a bowl, add the chopped green onions, along with 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 Tbsp chili flakes, 1/2 Tbsp of Korean chili flakes, 1/2 Tbsp of toasted sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of vinegar.
Step 5
On a pan, heat up 4-5 Tbsp of oil until it gets hot. Pour right over the sauce. Add your noodles and mix!
Step 6
Top off with a fried egg, cucumber slices and pork belly slices.
