Instructions
Step 1
Wash rice thoroughly before cooking in the rice cooker
Step 2
Mix the cooked rice with the rice vinegar, salt and sugar
Step 3
Place the rice on a tray and press down to flatten the rice. After flattened place the rice in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to form its shape
Step 4
Cut the salmon into very tiny pieces mixing it together with sesame oil, mayo, Sriracha and green onions. Optionally sesame seeds can be added
Step 5
After the rice is taken out of the fridge cut the rice into either cubes or rectangles
Step 6
Place the rice cubes/rectangles into the air fryer for 10 mins at 390°C turning the rice halfway through
Step 7
Assemble the crispy rice with the salmon. Garnish with jalapeno, parsley or green onion to your liking and serve with soy sauce
