Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Combine the muffin mix, oil, water, and eggs. Stir together, but do not overmix. The batter may be lumpy.
Step 3
Add the tin of blueberries.
Step 4
Gently stir the blueberries into the batter. Take care not to overmix.
Step 5
For muffins: Pour into a greased or lined muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
For quickbread: Pour into a greased or lined bread pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
