Step 1
To start, mix the flour, butter, and brown sugar in a small bowl. This will be the crust base for the bars. Press down in a prepared 8x8 pan and bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, beat white sugar and cream cheese on medium speed until smooth (2-3 minutes).

Add in vanilla and egg and continue beating.

In a small bowl, cut the peaches into cubes and toss in cinnamon.

In another small bowl, add in butter, brown sugar, pecan halves, flour, and oats. This will come together clumpy, and will be the streusel.

Step 6
Now it is time to layer! Pour the cheesecake on top of the baked base. Then add on the peaches. Top off with the streusel.

Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool completely, slice, and enjoy!
