Instructions
Step 1
season the chicken thigh and cook it to your liking, grill, george foreman, oven or even pan fry. Once cooked leave on the side to rest

The Salad
Step 2
Shred the iceberg lettuce and slice the cucumber and then dice the avocado.




Step 3
put the raw spinach into your serving bowl and place the lettuce, cucumber and avocado on top


The Dressing
Step 4
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, followed by finely chopped garlic or garlic powder, add in the worcestershire sauce and parmesan and mix well. Add seasoning if desired





Finishing up
Step 5
spread out the chunks of chicken over the top of the salad and finish the salad off by dabbing the sauce all over. Season to taste
