divided

1 ½ Tbspgarlic
crushed

2 ½ Tbspflour

3 ½ cupshalf and half

½ cupheavy cream

8 ozcolby jack cheese
divided in two

12 ozmedium cheddar cheese
divided in two

4 ozsharp cheddar cheese

8 ozwhite cheddar cheese

6 ozmozzarella cheese
divided in two

2 ½ Tbspcream cheese

½ tspgarlic powder

0.5onion powder

¾ tsppaprika

½ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Boil pasta to slightly undercooked and pour into baking tray Add 2 tbsp of butter. While pasta is cooking, sautéed crushed garlic in 5 tbsp of butter, until fragrant, whisk in flour until its pale golden in color. Whisk in half and half, heavy cream over low heat for 5 minutes until it thickens. Turn heat to lowest setting, add in cheeses 1 cup at a time, whisk in until melted. Set aside divided cheese for later use. Remove pan from oven, whisk in cream cheese and spices. Pour in sauce over pasta and gently stir in. Top pasta with divided cheese. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, broil at 5 until golden brown.
