Instructions
Step 1
If you're using chicken, lay out some parchment paper and filet the chicken. Cover the chicken filet with another piece of parchment paper and beat with a meat mallet.
Step 2
Slice open the oranges and limes and squeeze the juices into a blender.
Step 3
Cut off the ends of the chili cascavels and the jalapenos, cut down the middle, and add to blender.
Step 4
Add low sodium taco seasoning packet to blender and then blend until liquefied.
Step 5
Add preferred meat and blended mixture to a zip lock bag and let marinate for no less than 1 hour. The longer the meat marinates the better it will taste.
Step 6
Grill meat or cook in a frying pan to desired wellness (Cast iron is preferred and all chicken should be cooked until reaching 165 degree's fahrenheit.
Step 7
Dice up the onion and cilantro for taco toppings. Warm up tortillas and once meat is cooked, slice it up to desired thickness, lay it onto the tortillas, top with onion and cilantro and enjoy.
