Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Scrub potatoes. Dice into 1” cubes.
Step 3
Place potatoes on a baking pan, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, olive oil, and toss well.
Step 4
Bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and tender.
Step 5
Serve with chopped parsley on top.
