Pesto chicken flatbread
1 flatbread crust
1/4 cup pesto
1 cup cooked chicken
1/4 cup sliced tomato
1 cup fresh mozzarella
Balsamic glaze
Place flatbread onto a foil lined sheet pan. Top with pesto, chicken, tomato, and cheese. Top with a pinch of pepper and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Top with balsamic glaze then slice and enjoy.
