Instructions
Step 1
Lightly stir fry garlic and pepper (don't let the garlic get too brown-ish!)
Step 2
Add peeled tomatoes and squash them π

Let it cook gently while the pasta boils π
Optional: add basil!

Transfer penne to the pan two minutes before they would be ready (no need to add water)
Step 5
Add parsley, stir, and enjoy! π
