Instructions
Step 1
Add half the milk into a saucepan. Whisk in the cornstarch and sugar. Add the vanilla extract and the rest of the milk.
Step 2
Turn on the heat to low. Whisk constantly, cook the milk until it reduces into a thick pudding like consistency about 10 mins.
Step 3
Pour into a small mold. Set aside to cool at room temperature.
Step 4
After cooled refiferate for 3-4 hours.
