Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery and cook until tender.

Add garlic, salt and pepper and stir.
Step 3
Add both cans of soup and chicken broth.

Bring to a boil and add peas and carrots, noodles, and turkey. Stir, cover, and cook until noodles are about half done (or about half the cooking time on the package.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, but leave the skillet on the warm burner. Keep covered and allow to continue cooking until noodles are soft and sauce has thickened (5-20 minutes).
Step 6
Stir in fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
