Instructions

Put the fusilli in a large pan and add double the water.

Cut the onion into fine pieces.

Put the onion in a wok pan with 1 splash of the oil and heat it until it is glassy and mix regularly (about 2 minutes).

Step 4
Bring the fusilli to a boil (medium heat) and keep it boiling for about 6 minutes on low heat with the lid tilted. Turn off the heat when done, add the rest of the oil and stir it. Put the lid back on the pan.

Meanwhile, put the bacon in the wok pan and heat it untill the fat seeps out (mor fat in the pan) minutes on half heat with a lid on. Stir regularly.

Add the spinach and boursin to the onion and bacon and put it on low heat until the spinach is hot enough to serve. The spinach can not boil!
