Instructions
Step 1
1) Start by cutting garlic, onion, and chili pepper into slices and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
2) Heat up a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic, onion, and bacon for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add kimchi and stir-fry again for 5-8 minutes.
Step 4
4) Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese. Feel free to add more of each ingredient up to your preferred taste and texture.

5) Add the mushroom of your choice and chili pepper. Make sure to run a quick taste check and Add your preferred level of salt and pepper :-) Remove from heat.
Step 6
6) Cook pasta according to instructions.
Step 7
7) Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
Step 8
8) Serve with more parmesan cheese and/or sliced scallion strips. Enjoy ❤️
