Instructions
Step 1
1. Soak the dates, then pit if necessary.
2. Add everything to the food processor except for the chocolate, salt and water.
3. While running the food processor, slowly add the water.
4. Remove the mixture and flatten into a dish to about 3-4cm thick. Compact it.
5. Melt chocolate and pour over the top of the base. Place in the fridge for 10 mins.
6. Take out and sprinkle salt on top. Put back in fridge for 10 mins.
7. Take out of the fridge and use a knife to portion up the bars. Return to fridge for another couple of hours.
