Instructions
Step 1
Boil your potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes
Step 2
Boil your eggs for 9 minutes
Step 3
Mash potatoes with a bit of butter and milk. Add some oregano, salt, and pepper to taste

Chop soft carrots, onion, bell pepper, garlic and sauté with veggie crumbles
Step 5
Assemble pie on baking pan. First layer is mashed potatoes, then veggie crumble mix, and chop eggs over the top and olives too. Top with rest of mashed potatoes and layer cheese over top.
Step 6
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350 and serve
