Easy Yummy Granola

Makes about 5 cups. Lots of possible substitutions!!! ☺️ Can sub coconut oil for olive oil, white sugar for brown sugar, coconut flakes for nuts or dried fruit. Can also add some fresh citrus zest, chopped candied peels, bee pollen, etc -- this is just a guideline for quantities! ✍️

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. *SIDE NOTE: I often add the dried fruit at the very end of baking, or even after it comes out of the oven! I personally like my dried fruit to stay juicier and not too dried out
Step 2
Heat together sugar, honey, and oil until sugar is dissolved (either in microwave or stovetop).
Step 3
Bake at 300F for 30min, stirring every 10-15 min.
Step 4
Let cool completely before storing in container.
