Instructions
Step 1
Soften cream cheese and add sugar. Mix well. Add one egg at a time mixing well after each egg addition.
Step 2
Add sour cream and vanilla, folding into mixture.
Step 3
Pour into spring form pan, wrapped in foil.
Step 4
Place on sheet pan and put in 375 degree oven. Add water to sheet pan to make a water bath. Leave oven closed. Bake for 45 min.
Step 5
After 45 min, turn oven off and let sit for 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove from oven and let cool before refrigerating.
