Autumn 2022 is so close and I really cannot wait!! Let’s start the best season of the year with a hazelnut cake, suuuper easy to make! I assure you that your whole house will smell amazing after you take this beautiful cake out of the oven!

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan or one lined with baking paper like I did here.

Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. You can also cut the top of the cake, and pour some hot milk or syrup on the cake if you want an even softer texture!

Whip the cream and pour it on top of the cake. For the whipped cream I always use liquid cream with 30% fat content, which I pour into a container and leave with the beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes. Only then do I whip the cream for about 1 to 2 minutes.
