Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350F) and line of small baking dish or bread pan with parchment paper. Pour melted coconut oil into
pan and coat evenly on the bottom and sides to prevent sticking.

Step 2
Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork and add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips walnuts. Combine.
Step 3
Fold chocolate chips into batter then transfer to baking pan. Sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips and the walnuts.
Step 4
Bake in oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour, sticking a toothpick inside to see if it's done.
Step 5
Let cool before serving
