Instructions

Step 1
Turn instant pot onto saute mode. Add butter. Once melted, add onion and saute approximately 5 minutes. Add garlic and turn instant pot off.
Step 2
Add chicken broth and rice to Instant Pot. Do not stir. Put lid on and set to sealing position. Select pressure cook and set time to 10 minutes. Cook the broccoli in the microwave while the rice is cooking. When the Instant Pot completes it's cook time, dona quick pressure release.
Step 3
Open Instant Pot and stir the rice and broth to incorporate liquid evenly. Add ham, cheese and cooked broccoli. Stir thoroughly. Replace lid and let it sit for about 10 minutes on keep warm until cheese melts completely. Stir well. Pepper to taste.
