Instructions
Step 1
Trim excess fat. Rub meat with dry ingredients. Place in slow cooker. Blend wet ingredients, pour over meat. Cook on low 10 hours. Shred & serve.
Step 2
If cooking overnight. I shred while warm, cover and store in fridge. Take out 30-45 minutes and set on counter. Heat oven to 350° and warm for 20-30 minutes. Serve with BBQ sauce on side.
