Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tsp Yeast to 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water ( 104-110°F0 add 1 tsp Sugar to yeast water. Add 1 tsp Salt to 500 grams of Bread Flour Pour yeast water into KitchenAide mixing bowl turn to level 1 slowly add flour until mixed. Then level 2 Mixing for 10 Minutes. Remove from bowl and form into a ball. Cover bowl with towel and place in oven with ONLY the light on for 1 hour. Reform into Ball and do another 1/2 hour rise. Form into 6 balls (143g each) let rise for 5 minutes
Form into ovals and slice each roll. let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat Oven to 400° F bake for 16-18 minutes
