Steak, Provolone, and Creamy Horseradish Sandwich

Ingredients
3 servings
6 sliceseverything but the bagel sourdough

1sweet onion
thinly sliced

5mushrooms
sliced

1 tspsugar

3steak
large Thinly sliced
rendezvous famous seasoning

1 TbsGreek yogurt

1 tspdijon mustard

1 Tbshorseradish

arugula

6slices provolone
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 F. Slightly caramelize onions in a hot skillet with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 mins. Add sugar and cook for 3-5 more mins. Remove onion mixture and set aside.
Step 2
Add sliced steak to the same skillet and season with steak seasoning. Cook in batches and set aside. While steak is cooking, mix horseradish, Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard together.
Step 3
Placed sliced sourdough onto a baking sheet and put in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove bread from oven and add provolone cheese to each slice. Placed back in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 4
Assemble sandwiches by adding horseradish mixture to the bread. Add onion mixture, steak, and arugula.
