1 Tbspcreole seasoning
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsponion powder
1 packetSazon

⅓ cupyellow mustard
¼ cuphot sauce
For the batter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat vegetable oil
Step 2
Add your seasonings to clean chicken
Step 3
Add mustard and hot sauce to chicken
Step 4
Mix thoroughly until wings are well coated and seasoned
Step 5
In a bowl or bag, combine flour, cornstarch, and remaining seasonings. Mix well

Toss wings into seasoned flour until fully coated
Step 7
Set aside for atleast 10 minutes to allow batter to adhere to wings
Step 8
Carefully Place wings into preheated oil
Step 9
Fry for 12-14 minutes until golden brown
Step 10
Remove from oil and place on a rack to drain
