Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes chop into small chunks and add to boiling water
Step 2
After about 15 minutes once potatoes are soft drain
Step 3
Add butter and milk and mash until smooth. Then set aside
Step 4
Cut up chicken and fry until cooked through
Step 5
Halfway through cooking the chicken and the chopped leek and cook until soft
Step 6
Set the chicken and leek aside and add the butter and flour to a pan with a little of the milk and some grated cheese
Step 7
Make the sauce by continuing to stir and slowly add the rest of the milk
Step 8
Add the chicken and leek, 1 teaspoon of mustard, parsley and thyme and peas to the sauce and stir
Step 9
Pour mixture into dish and add mashed potatoe on top.
Step 10
Finish by sprinkling breadcrumbs over the top and bake at 180 for about 30 minutes
