Step 1
Extract the lemon juice and strain it

Pour the milk in the bowl and cook in normal mode for 8' / speed 1 / 100º

Wait for 5'

Program sauté mode for 3' / speed 1 inverse / 0º and pour the lemon juice little by little during the first two minutes, and only while the blades are moving.

Put the cloth in the basket accessory and pour the content of the bowl in it.

Tie the cloth in your tap and let it drain in the sink for an hour

Open the cloth in your cooking table. Spread it through the cloth to make it absorb the remaining liquid

Put the paneer all together in the cloth, make a squared or rounded form. Fold the cloth right around the borders of the paneer nicely, and put some weight on top of it.
